This tutorial was
written by me on June 28, 2012,

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in
PSPX.

Supplies:
Xero – Fritillary
Eye Candy 4000 –
Gradient Glow
Font of choice – Good
Vibrations ROB
Abbreviations:
EC = Eye Candy
GG = Gradient Glow
DS = Drop Shadow
C/P = Copy and Paste
FF = Flood Fill
Open blank 600x250
image
Add new layer
Select all
C/P paper7 into
selection
Select none
Xero – Fritillary_5_30_10_17
Duplicate
Effects – Fur –
Default
Lower opacity to 50
C/P emoee6
Lower opacity to 30
C/P the following
elements, resizing, sharpening, and placing a shown:
Emoee2
Emoee22
Emoee26
Emoee37
Emoee39
C/P tube as new layer
DS tube and
elements_0_0_100_10_Black
Add a new layer to
top of image
Duplicate twice for a
total of 3 layers
Starting at top, FF
in this order:
Top: red
Middle: white
Bottom: blue
Back to the red layer
– Select All
Contract by 3 –
delete
Repeat on white layer
Repeat again on blue
layer
Select none
Merge these 3 layers
together
Add noise_uniform_65
DS as before
Highlight bottom
original layer
Crop to layer opague
Add all correct
copyright/license info
Add name_Good
Vibrations ROB_72_Black
EC 4000 – GG_3_25_100_White
DS as before
Save and enjoy!!

Crop to layer opague
Repeat steps to add
the red, white, and blue layers for a frame
DS
Add copyright/license
Add the first letter
of name
Repeat GG and DS
Done!!
