Abbreviations:

EC = Eye Candy

GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow

C/P = Copy and Paste

FF = Flood Fill

ANL = Add New Layer

AS = Animation Shop 

Open blank 600x250 image

ANL

Select all

C/P paper 7 into selection

Select none

AAA Frames_Foto Frame_width set on 10

C/P element 29

C/P element 11 placing as shown

Merge these 2 together

Selection tool_Free Hand_Point To Point_Select all the honey area on barrel and puddle

Promote Selection To Layer

Select none

Repeat twice

Highlight top honey layer

DSB Flux_Bright Noise_15

Highlight middle honey layer

DSB Flux_Bright Noise_15_Click "Mix"

Highlight bottom honey layer

DSB Flux_Bright Noise_15_Click "Mix"

Hide bottom 2 honey layers for now

C/P the following elements, re-sizing, duplicating, mirroring, sharpening, placing as shown:
