This tutorial was written by me, VCC, on May 15, 2022 using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX.

 

Supplies:

"Coffee" tube by Kajenna - tube/license currently available at PFD

VCC Template_Coffee HERE

Word Art of choice - the one I used was

made by Flagryl of Angels Design forum for a

challenge there and cannot be shared

Mask006 by Just Fi

Penta.com_Color Dot

DSB Flux_Bright Noise

 

FONTS:

LowRider BB

Abbreviations:

DS_Drop Shadow

ANL_Add New Layer

EC_Eye Candy

GG_Gradient Glow

AS_Animation Shop

C/P_Copy and Paste

FF_Flood Fill

Ctrl+A_Select All

Ctrl+C_Copy

Ctrl+V_Paste

Ctrl+D_De-select

Ctrl+E_Paste Into Selected Frame/s

 

When working with templates, always Shift+D to duplicate, close original.

On each layer, either:

A: Select with magic wand

B: Ctrl+A, Ctrl+F. Ctrl+Shift+F (select all, float, de-float)

ANL, do the tutorial steps required

Close/delete original template layer 

B: Use the Manual Color Correction Tool

Magic Wand_Select the small circles above and below the "begins" wording

Promote to layer 3 times

CTRL+D

Close bottom 2 promoted layers for now

Highlight top promoted layer

DSB Flux_Bright Noise_36

Repeat Bright Noise on closed promoted layers, clicking MIX each time

Add correct copyright/license information

AS_Paste As New Animation

Back to PSP_Close top noise dots and open middle noise dots layers

Copy/Merged

AS_Paste After Current Frame

Back to PSP_Close middle noise dots layer and open bottom noise dots layer

Copy/Merged

AS_Paste After Current Frame

 

**If you are animating the leaves, do the following steps.

If not, save here.**

The following steps were written for this specific tube. If you use a different tube, adjust to suit that tube.

 

AS_Select All

Copy

Highlight frame 3

Paste After Frame

Highlight frame 6

Paste After Frame 

Highlight frame 9

Paste After Frame

Highlight frame 12

Paste After Frame

You should now have 15 frames

Select All

In PSP

Merge the 2 leaves layers together

Copy/Paste onto working canvas

Resize so they fit nicely above the leaves already there

Copy the leaves layer

AS_Paste As New Animation

Effects_Insert Image Effect:

Click "CUSTOMIZE"

Click "OK"

Delete frame 1

Select All

Copy

Highlight original 15 layer tag

Select All

Paste Into Current Frame

Align the leaves animation with the leaves on the tag

Click to place

View Animation

If happy, save!
