Click and hold mouse in center of one of the bubbles on tube and draw outward until the bubble is selected making sure to only select the bubble...this may take a few tries so undo and repeat until you have them all selected

 

Highlight tube layer

Select none

Paste As New animation

 

Back to PSP

Click undo until the noise is removed and the bubbles are still selected

Add Nosie_Gaussiab_16

Select none

Undo once more until noise is removed and bubbles are still selected

Ctrl+C to copy animation

Highlight main tag

Ctrl+E to paste into frame

Position the animation tip so it is in center of pipe

Click to set

View Animation

 

If happy, save!!

In layer palette_Click the + beside the name_clcik the + beside the name that shows below

Find the first letter of your name (should be at bottom)_using nodes, stretch to fit under mermaids hand and widen it slightly

Repeat with first letter of last name if used

If you wish to reshape any of the other letters, highlight each one in palette, then use the nodes to adjust them

When done shaping name, convert to raster

For forum siggy:

Open 600x250 blank image

With original tag still open and in layers, Drag and drop (click on element layer in layer palette, hold down your mouse button, move mouse pointer to new canvas, when the box with a + shows, let go of the mouse button) any elements you would like onto your new canvas (or you can start over and use elements from kit again. Be sure to repeat DS if you go this way)

Position everything so it fits nicely on tag

Sharpen after re-sizing if anything looks fuzzy

Don’t forget the tube! LOL

Duplicate_Free rotate right 90

Move to top left corner of frame_Repeat the duplicate/mirror until the top edge is covered

Merge these layers_Duplicate_Flip

Merge all 4 star frame layers together (should have stars going around the dark green frame)

C/P tube_move to right side of canvas

Font_Good Vibrations ROB_100_Black_type out your name_Convert to raster

Sharpen

C/P Horse shoe charm_position on name so it “hangs” from a letter

Erase part of the latch so it looks like it’s attached to the letter

C/P Clover Charm 1

With Clover Charm highlighted, click “D” to get your raster deform tool

Using the nodes, rotate the charm, keeping the eye ring lined up with the eye ring of the horse shoe until it looks good to you
Sharpen

Erase parts of the Clover’s eye ring so it looks like it is attached to the horseshoe
