Open blank 700x300 image

Adjust_Blur_Gaussian Blur_10
Simple_Blintz
Simple_4 Way Average
Pen Tool_Stroke 2_#feb502
Outline the Triangles
Convert to raster
Crop to 700x300
Magic Wand_Click in each end triangle
Promote to layer
Xero_Fritillary_5_30_10_10
Select none
Duplicate the outline 3 times (4 layers)
Hide layers 2 and 3 for now
DS bottom outline layer_2_2_50_5_Black
Top outline_DSB Flux_Bright Noise_30
Repeat Bright noise on outline layers 2 and 3, clicking "MIX" each time
Hihghlight the 4 Way Average Layer
Apply mask
Duplicate
Add noise_Gaussian 10
ANL below mask layer
FF #feb502
C/P tube as top layer
EC5_Impact_Perspective Shadow
Adjust_Blur_Gaussian Blur_10
Simple_Blintz
Simple_4 Way Average
Pen Tool_Stroke 2_#feb502
Outline the Triangles
Convert to raster
Crop to 700x300
Magic Wand_Click in each end triangle
Promote to layer
Xero_Fritillary_5_30_10_10
Select none
Duplicate the outline 3 times (4 layers)
Hide layers 2 and 3 for now

**These are the steps I used on my WA**
This is kind of lengthy, so grab a drink, grab a snack, and let's go!! LOL
C/P word art
Magic Wand
Click in each LETTER of "honey"
Promote to layer
Select none
Using selection tool, select any of the "marks" that may have
promoted with the word_Delete_Select none
Change color on BOTH layers to #fdd621
Lock these two layers so they move together
Re-size and place where you want them
Duplicate bottom layer (full WA)
On BOTTOM original_EC4000_Gradient Glow_5_100_3_#df7a00
Highlight duplicate full WA layer
EC4000_HSB Noise:
Selection Tool_Select ONLY the word and marks of "honey"
Promote To Layer
Slect None
Duplicate this layer 2 times
Close layers 2 and 3
Highlight top HSB Noise layer
DSB Flux_Bright Noise_50
Repeat on HSB layers 2 and 3, clicking "MIX" each time
Now, back to the top word "HONEY"
Add Noise_Gaussian 10
Effects_3D effects_Inner Bevel:
DS original, GG WA layer_2_2_50_5_Black
You should now have 6 WA layers (1 with DS, 1 with GG, 3 with noise, 1 with bevel)
Whew! We are done with the WA, finally! LOL
Hope I didn't leave any steps out!
Now, let's make the frame for the tag:
ANL to top
Select All_FF #f3800a_Contract 3_Delete
Select All_ANL_Contract 1_FF #feb502_Contract 1_Delete_Select none
Duplicate the #feb502 layer 3 times
Hide layers 2 and 3
DS original layer_0_0_100_10_Black
Highlight top #feb502 layer
DSB Flux_Bright Noise_30
Repeat noise on layers 2 and 3, clicking "MIX" each time
Add all correct copyright/license information
Add Name_KG Beneath Your Beautiful Chunk_24_#f8ca03
DS_1_1_50_2_Black
Animate as usual
