This tutorial was written by me on June 28, 2012, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX.

Supplies:

“Canada Toon” tube by Jose Cano and available at PTE

“Canada” PTU scrap kit by Irish Bitch Designs and available at ART

Image of choice – Stock Exchange has a great selection

Mask of choice – I used Becky_Mask009

Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Font of Choice – mine is Impact

Abbreviations:

EC = Eye Candy

GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow

C/P = Copy and Paste

FF = Flood Fill

Open blank 600x600 image

Add new layer

Select all

C/P paper 2 into selection

Select none

New mask layer – from image – Becky_Mask009

Merge group

C/P frame 1

Select inside – expand by 6

Add new layer below frame

Select all

C/P image into selection

Select none

C/P the following elements, resizing, sharpening, and placing as shown:

Dog

Fireworks

Flower vine1

Moose

Canada Day

Flower

C/P tube as new layer

DS all layers except mask and image_0_0_100_10_Black

Add all correct copyright/license info

Add name_Impact_72_Black

EC 4000 – GG_3_25_100_red

DS_2_-5_50_5_Black

Save and enjoy!!
