PTU scrap kit "Romantica" by Devilish Dezines currently available at ADI

Masks 259 and 298 by Insatiable Dreams

Filters:

Eye Candy 4000_Gradient Glow

Fonts:

Tourina SSi

 

Abbreviations:

EC = Eye Candy

GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow

C/P = Copy and Paste

FF = Flood Fill

ANL = Add New Layer

AS = Animation Shop

 

 

 

 

 

Open blank 600x600 canvas

 

C/P close up of tube - if using the same tube as I did, use the selection tool set on circel and select the head area down to mid-waist, invert, delete, select none

Apply Mask 298

Move slightly down to right

Apply Mask 259 (if face isn't positioned to your liking, undo, move tube down to the right slightly, re=apply mask 259...repeat until you have the face positioned inside the square part of the mask)

C/P the following elements, resizing, duplicating, mirroring, placing as shown:

40 - place at bottom - using magic wand, highlight the sailboat layer, select area outside sailboat, invert, highlight element 40, promote selection to layer, select none. Move the promoted layer above sailboat. This will make it look like waves on side of boat.

When working with templates, always Shift+D to duplicate, close original, then on each layer, select with magic wand (or Select All, Float, De-float), ANL, close/delete the original, do steps required in tutorial, select none.
