Convert original shape to raster
Highlight oval copy_Click the "+" in the layer palette_
Double Click the second box_Uncheck the fill_Check the Stroke
box_change stroke to 10_#ff0000
Convert to raster
Add Noise_Uniform 50

C/P tube again, leave at full size
