"Ocean Breeze" FTU scrap kit by A Space Between - Sadly, Mirella has closed her blog and left the psp community due to health issues. Please use a suitable replacement if you don't have this kit.

Spring Template #2 by me (scroll down page to Sunday, April 10, 2016 and it's the second one under Penny) - this template was made by me exclusively for Artistic Tag Passions forum and is only available for download on their blog

When working with templates, always Shift+D to duplicate, close original, then on each layer, select with magic wand (or Select All, Float, De-float), ANL, close/delete the original, do steps required in tutorial, select none

 

 

Open template

 

Delete the credits and raster layers 1 and 2 since we won't be using them

Select none

Blend Mode_Color (L)

Merge nets together

Sharpen More

Add noise_Gaussian 25

Move into position as shown

C/P element 32 from kit

Sharpen

Draw a circle the size of raster 5

Do Not Convert

Move down a few layers

 

Highlight top layer in palette

Hover mouse over edge of vector circle until the curved line shows under the A

Click and type out "Feel the ocean breeze..." or whatever wording you want to use

Position and convert to raster
