Draw small, random stars in top right corner carying the sizes.
Convert to raster

Again, draw random sized stars in the top left Black circle

Draw random sized stars in the bottom right Black circle
Merge all small star layers together
Repeat HSB Noise
Sharpen
Uniform Noise 20
DS tube and all star layers_0_0_45_15_Black
Add all correct copyright/license information

Type your name in all caps
Convert
EC4000_GG_3_25_100_White_put color slider all the way to the right side
We want a large GG (make it look like a bumper sticker, LOL)
