This tutorial was written by me on August 22, 2019 using my own ideas.

Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental.

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX/PSPX6 but can be done in any version.

 

SUPPLIES:

A tube that is sitting and looks like it's inside a box

I used a FTU tube by Phillip Ritchie - Mr. Ritchie allows, with proper permission, the use of his art for PSP sig tags, etc...

STEPS

 

Open blank 600x250 canvas

VM Extravaganza_Transmission_22_0_20

Pre-shape Tool_Rectangle_5 stroke Black

Draw a rectangle across width of tag about 7 stripes high

Convert to raster

*EC 4000_HSB Noise_25_30_40_0_42_42_Smooth Lumps_Seamless Tile

Repeat HSB Noise a couple times

Add Noise_Gaussian 20*

Magic Wand_Click inside rectangle

ANL below rectangle

FF #808080

Xero_Fritillary_15_30_30_20

Edge Effects_Enhance

C/P tube placing to the left

Preset Shape Tool_Rectangle_Same settings as before

Draw a rectangle to fit the tube

Repeat from * to *

Duplicate rectangle

Move copy above tube

Selection Tool_Rectangle

Select the portion of the rectangle copy you want removed

You want your tube to be partially inside the box and partially outside

Magic Wand_Click inside original vertical rectangle

ANL below vertical rectangle

Keep Selected

Tramages_Perforator 1_133_78_134_207_131_165_100

Duplicate twice

DSB Flux_Bright Noise_17

Repeat Noise on the other two Perforator layers, clicking MIX each time

Select none

Close middle and bottom perforator layers for now

C/P word art

FF Black

Select All_Contract 5_Delete_Select none

Repeat from * to *

Add all correct copyright/license information

Copy Merged

AS
Paste As New Animation

PSP

Close top perforator layer

Open middle perforator layer

Copy Merged

AS
Paste After Current Frame

Repeat for last perforator layer

View Animation
