DS_Drop Shadow

ANL_Add New Layer

EC_Eye Candy

GG_Gradient Glow

AS_Animation Shop

C/P_Copy and Paste

FF_Flood Fill

Open blank 600x250 canvas

C/P tube placing at bottom

Adjust_Blur_Motion Blur_345_100

Repeat blur until image just touches top of canvas

Duplicate

Adjust_Blur_Motion Blur_80_100

Repeat blur just until any blanks are mostly covered

Xero_Fritillary_5_30_10_10

Selection Tool_Rectangle

Draw a narrow selection across tag close to the bottom

ANL to top

Blend Mode_Overlay

Duplicate

Click on top strip on tag

Using arrow keys, click up about 12 times

Duplicate this layer 4 times

Xenofex 2_ Constellation _2_2_1_1_50_75_45_Keep Original Image_Random Seed 2991

Repeat Constellation on each strip layer, hitting random seed each time

Close bottom 3 strip layers for now

C/P tube placing at bottom of tag

Close top strip layer

Open 2nd strip layer

Copy Merged

AS

Paste After Current Frame

Repeat for the remaining strip layers

View Animation

If happy, save!!
