This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6.

Open blank 600x250 White canvas

C/P tube

Adjust_Blur_Radial_Zoom_100_Elliptical_all others 0

Move up so center point is touching top edge of canvas

Duplicate twice

Flip the top copy

Blend Mode_Hard Light

C/P tube placing to the left

Apply Mask

Crop to 600x250

Add all correct copyright/license information

Copy Merged

Paste As New Animation

Be sure the Propagate Paste button at top of AS tool bar is clicked (looks like 3 pages of paper)

Copy the tube/name image

Click on background image

Paste Into Selected Frame

(If you enlarge the background frame slightly by rolling the mouse, it will automatically center when you select paste)

Check animation

If happy, save!!!
