Nature's Sparkle
This tutorial was written by
me on May 02, 2017 using my
own ideas.
Any resemblance to others is
coincidental and accidental.
This tutorial assumes you
have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6.

Sparkle Picture Tube (mine
came with PSP)

Click on a few random center
dots (not too many)
Lower opacity to about 50
Be sure middle copy layer is
highlighted in your layer palette (I leave first layer open and just highlight
the other layers so I can see where I have already put sparkles)
Click on different random
center dots
Lower opacity to about 50
Highlight bottom layer
Click on different random
center dots
Return opacity of top and
middle layers to 100
Close bottom and middle
layers for now
