This tutorial was written by me on January 21, 2017 using my own ideas.

Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental.

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6.

"Brandi Valentines 2012" tube by William Rumley - tube/license currently available at ADI

 

Filters:

Xero_Fritillary and Porcelain

Mura's Meister_Copies

Pre-Set Heart Shape

 

Fonts:

Little Lord Fontleroy

MS Gothic

 

Abbreviations:

DS_Drop Shadow

ANL_Add New Layer

EC_Eye Candy

GG_Gradient Glow

AS_Animation Shop

C/P_Copy and Paste

FF_Flood Fill

 

Open blank 600x250 canvas

FF Black

C/P the hearts and place like this:

 

Copy Merged

Paste As New Layer

Move to the bottom

Adjust_Blur_Motion Blur_270_60

Repeat blur about 6 or 7 times(should be almost touching the left side of canvas)

Duplicate_Mirror

Merge together

Should have something that looks like this:

Draw a small heart

Center in canvas

Mura's Meister_Copies_Tiling_Default but change the gap size to 5

Adjust_Add Noise_Gaussian 50

Blend Mode_Soft Light

Text Tool_ LittleLordFontleroy_72_Black

Type "Happy Valentine's Day"

Repeat DS

FF Black

Select All_Contract 2_Delete_Select None

Add all correct copyright/license information
