This tutorial was written by me on October 27, 2016 using my own ideas.

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6.

"The Perfect Scare" FTU scrap kit by HorsePlay's Pasture Designs

Promote To Layer 3 times

 

Top promoted layer_EC 4000_Jiggle_Turbulance_14.00_3.10_20

Repeat Jiggle on remaining promoted layers, clicking Random Seed each time

Select none

Hide bottom 2 promoted jiggle layers

Copy Merged

Paste As New Animation

Close top jiggle layer and open middle jiggle layer
