Open blank 600x250 canvas

ANL

Magic Wand_Select one of the dark stripes

Selections_Modify_Select Color Range_0_Add Color Range_20

Click inside the selected area_OK

Delete

Select None

Adjust_add Noise_50

Blend Mode_Hard Light

 

***If Animating, do these steps. If not, skip to next step:

 Duplicate Transmission layer twice

Add DSB Flux_Bright Noise_30 to each layer clicking "MIX" each time

Close bottom 2 layers for now***

 

C/P tube placing on the right side of tag

Adjust_Blur_Radial Blur_Spin_50_Elliptical_59_50_0

Effects_Edge Effects_Enhance

 

C/P tube

Re-size and place on right side of tag as shown
