This tutorial was written by me on January 18,2015, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6.Please leave some love when downloading supplies.  Supplies:

"Isabella" tube by Angela Newman (she is in the process of updating her site, so in the meantime you can keep up with her art on her Facebook page) - tube/license available at The PSP Project (I purchased this tube when Angela was with PTE so it has my PTE license #)

Gradient of choice to match your tube

Filters:

Neology_Halftone Grid

VM Experimental_Needles and Pins

Mehdi_Weaver

Fonts:

Nails

Nelson Script

Abbreviations:

EC = Eye Candy

GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow

C/P = Copy and Paste

FF = Flood Fill

ANL = Add New Layer

AS = Animation Shop

Open blank 600x250 canvas

FF with gradient_angle 45_0 Repeats

Neology_Halftone Grid_Default

Select one of the white spots

Selections_Modify_Select Color Range

Click inside the white spot you selected

All the white spots should be selected now

Highlight the gradient FF layer

Promote Selection To Layer

Select none

Delete the Halftone Grid layer

Duplicate the spot layer twice so you have 3 layers

Highlight bottom spot layer_ VM Experimental_Needles and Pins_Default

Highlight middle spot layer_Adjust_Blur_Motion Blur_117_37

Edge Effects_Enhance

Highlight top spot layer_Noise_35

DS_0_0_100_10_Black

Using selection tool, draw a narrow strip across bottom portion of tag (refer to tag above)

Highlight bottom FF layer

Promote Selection To Layer

Effects_Texture Effects_Blinds_2_30_Black_Both boxes checked

DS_0_0_100_10_Black twice

Move to top of pallette

C/P tube placing to the right

Duplicate

On original tube layer_Gaussian Blur_10

Distrtion Effects_Pixelate_5_10

Enlarge 111%

Edge Effects_Enhance twice

On duplicate tube layer_DS_0_0_75_30_Black

Add word art/wording of choice_ Nails_18_Black
