2 Fonts (I used AR Bonnie and AR Decode which came with PSPX6)

Abbreviations:

EC = Eye Candy

GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow

C/P = Copy and Paste

FF = Flood Fill

ANL = Add New Layer

AS = Animation Shop

Open blank 600x250 canvas

ANL

Apply mask

Image_Flip

Duplicate

Repeat for second mask layer clicking "MIX"

C/P tube placing to left

Duplicate

On original tube_Adjust_Blur_Motion Blur_256_50

Opacity_80

Repeat Add Noise

On tube duplicate_DS_0_0_100_3_White

DS_0_0_100_10_Black

ANL to top

FF Black

Select All_Contract 2_Delete_Select None

Add wording of choice_ AR Bonnie _48_#c3c630

Add all correct copyright/license information

Add name_ AR Decode _72_#ffc204

Close off one of the mask layers

Copy Merged

Animation Shop

Paste As New Animation

Back to PSP

Close current mask layer and open the other mask layer

Copy Merged

Animation Shop

Paste After Current Frame

Save!!
