This tutorial was written by me on February 23,2014, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX.

Abbreviations:
EC = Eye Candy
GG = Gradient Glow
DS = Drop Shadow
C/P = Copy and Paste
FF = Flood Fill
 ANL = Add New Layer
 AS = Animation Shop

Open blank 600x250 canvas

C/P tube

Mura’s Meister_Copies_Wallpaper Rotate_Default
Blur_Gaussian_10

Krusty’s FX Vol III_Grid Mover_Default

Effects_Edge Effects_Enhance

C/P image and place as desired

Blend Mode_Luminance (Legacy) or one that suits your image

Place to right side of canvas

Crop to 600x250

Highlight wallpaper layer

Repeat frame all layers

Convert to rasteOpacity_75   

ANL to top_FF Black_Select All_Contract by 2_Delete_Select none

Using arrow buttons, click the Right Arrow twice, Down arrow Twice
