This tutorial was written by me on November 03, 2013, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX.

“Fragile Beauty” tube by Zindy S. D. Nielsen – tube/license available at ZZT

Filters:

Kiwi’s Oelfilter - Zig-Zack

Simple - Zoom Out and Flip

Eye Candy 5_Impact_Perspective Shadow

Gradient of choice

Font_ CheckFontMedExt

Abbreviations:

EC = Eye Candy

GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow

C/P = Copy and Paste

FF = Flood Fill

ANL = Add New Layer

 AS = Animation Shop

Open blank 600x250 canvas

ANL

FF with Gradient_angle 45_repeats 2 or 3

Duplicate

On duplicate:

Kiwi’s Oelfilter - Zig-Zack_Default

Simple - Zoom Out and Flip

Using magic wand, select random areas of tag:

Keep selected

Effects_Blinds:

Adjust_Add Noise:

DS:

Select none

C/P tube close up

Place on right side of tag

Blend mode_Soft Light

Opacity_30

Position to your liking

C/P tube and place on left of tag

EC 5_Impact_Perspective Shadow:

Move original gradient layer to top

Mirror

Select all_Contract 3_Delete_Select none

Repeat DS twice

Add all correct copyright/license information

DS:

Save!!!

Re-size all layers by 85% 3 times

Crop tool set to 150x150

Position so parts you like are showing in crop area

Crop

Duplicate bottom gradient layer

Bring to top

Select all_Contract 3_Delete_Select none

DS as for sig tag frame

Add first letter of name

DS same as name on sig tag

Save!
