Abbreviations:

EC = Eye Candy

GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow

C/P = Copy and Paste

FF = Flood Fill

ANL = Add New Layer

AS = Animation Shop

Open blank 600x600 canvas

C/P Pattern_free rotate left 90_Re-size_Add noise_36

C/P Frame 1

Select inside_expand by 5

C/P image_re-size so parts you want showing are in the opening_Invert_Delete_Select none

C/P the following elements, duplicating, mirroring, placing as shown:

Drink 2

Flower

Greenery

Lantern

Palm

Ribbon

Sparkles

C/P tube

Add your lyrics/word art
