This tutorial was written by me on February 17, 2013, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX.

EC = Eye Candy

GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow

C/P = Copy and Paste

FF = Flood Fill

ANL = Add New Layer

AS = Animation Shop

Open Template_Shift+D_Close original

Large circle_Effects_Texture Effects_Weave_1_11_1_Both blocks White

Small circle_Select_ANL_FF with gold gradient_select none

Large Rectangle_Select_ANL_FF with green gradient_ Effects_Texture Effects_Fine Leather_#808080_30_46_255_40_4_Select none

Delete dotted line layer and creator info

C/P tube

Move the template layers toward tube to make area smaller (I had to delete parts of the large circle and long rectangle)

C/P the following elements:

Pot of Gold with Hat

Plant

Green Bow

Candy

Horseshoe with clover

ANL to bottom of palette

#004000_Apply brush of choice (or you can FF layer #004000 and apply a mask)

Large Circle-Small Circle-Candy_apply EC 4000_GG_3_25_100_#004000

Add all correct copyright/license information

Use nodes to size to your liking
