Midnight

This tutorial was written by me on September 06, 2012, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX.

Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Click image, then right click and save the full size png

Abbreviations:

EC = Eye Candy

GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow

C/P = Copy and Paste

FF = Flood Fill

Open blank 600x600 canvas

Add new layer – FF #3b111a

Apply mask – re-size 85%

C/P frame 6 – select insides – expand_5

Add new layer below frame – select all - duplicate to have 3 blank layers

On bottom blank, C/P paper 5 into selection

Middle layer – C/P waterdrops into selection

Top layer – C/P splat into selection

C/P tube close up and place as shown _Blend Mode_Overlay_opacity_52

Select none

DS Frame_0_0_100_10_Black

Merge frame and 3 layers together

Free rotate_Left_90%

C/P the following elements, duplicating, mirroring, placing as shown:

Chain

Doodle

Flower 1

Flower 5

Heart

Key

C/P word art – color to match tag (add new layer, FF with desired color - word art_Select All_Float - De-float - promote to layer - select none - delete FF layer)
