Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Font_Fail

Abbreviations:

EC = Eye Candy

GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow

C/P = Copy and Paste

FF = Flood Fill

Open template in psp – duplicate – close original

Make a gradient with 2 colors from your tube (#4b0d0d and #233048)

Select large circle – add new layer – FF with gradient_Radial_259_5_50_50

Select none

Select large square – add new layer – FF #233048 – C/P close up of tube – place and promote to layer  – select none – delete original close up

Lower opacity of close up to about 30

C/P the following elements, placing as shown:

Sharpen more twice

Add new layer to bottom – FF with gradient – apply mask

Add all correct copyright/license information

Add name_Fail_100_stroke 2_#2d3d59_Fill Black

Sharpen more twice

DS all layers_0_0_100_10_Black

Repeat DS on Glitter Frame several times
