Shamrock Rays
This tutorial was written by me on February 23, 2019 using my own ideas.
Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental.
This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp
and is written in PSPX/PSPX6 but can be done in any version.

STEPS
Open blank 600x300 canvas
ANL

Magic Wand_Tolerance_15_Select all the rays
Promote Selection To Layer 3 times
Select none
DSB Flux_Bright Noise_21
Repeat noise on each promoted ray layer, clicking
"MIX" each time
Close bottom 2 promoted ray layers for now
Magic Wand_Tolerance_15_Select the gray area of the
background layer
Be sure to get between all the rays
FU2_Paper Textures_Recycled Paper_128_87
Select none
C/P tube placing in center of tag
Re-size so it just touches the edges of canvas
Adjust_Blur_Gaussian Blur_5
Blend Mode_Overlay
Xero_Fritillary_5_50_40_20
Repeat Fritillary
C/P tube again re-sizing so it fits nicely in center of tag
DS_0_0_40_30_Black
ANL to top
Select All
FF #25502d
Contract 2

Select none
Duplicate
Re-size 95%
Duplicate
Re-size 95%
Move the duplicate frame layers below the top tube

Add all correct copyright/license information

Copy/Merged

Paste As New Animation
PSP
Close top noise ray layer
Open Middle noise ray layer
Copy Merged
AS
Paste After Current Frame
Repeat for last noise ray layer
View animation
If happy, save!
