This tutorial was written by me on January 12, 2016, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6.

Brush Strokes_Crosshatch

Filters Unlimited 2.0

 

Fonts:

Bolt Bd BT

 

Abbreviations:

EC = Eye Candy

GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow

C/P = Copy and Paste

FF = Flood Fill

ANL = Add New Layer

AS = Animation Shop

 

 

Open blank 600x250 canvas

Make a gradient using 2 colors from tube (#22000f and #890036)

 Linear_angle 45_repeat 1 (light color in center)

FF canvas with gradient

 

C/P tube

Adjust_Blur_Motion Blur_272_100

Repeat 4 times

Duplicate

Image_Mirror

Merge tube layers together

Effects_Edge Effects_Enhance More

Repeat 3 times

Convert top text to raster

 

Highlight bottom text

Change text color to_ #d9faa3

Click Left Arrow button on keyboard 3 times

Click Down Arrow on keyboard 2 times

(bottom text layer should have moved over and down)

Adjust_Add Noise_40_Uniform

Save!!

ANIMATING


Open 3 heart duplicates

Copy Merged

AS_Paste As New Animation

 

Back to PSP

*Highlight top heart duplicate

Adjust_Brightness and Contrast_Brightness/Contrast_50_0

Copy Merged

AS_Paste After Current Frame

Back to PSP

Undo so heart is back to normal*

 

Repeat from * to * on each of the remaining 2 heart duplicate layers

 

AS

Highlight/Copy frame 1

Paste this after each brightness frame

(frames should be:

Frame 1: regular

Frame 2: top heart brightened

Frame 3: regular

Frame 4: middle heart brightened

Frame 5: regular

Frame 6: bottom heart brightened

 

Select All
