This tutorial was written by me on June 30,2014, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX.

Filter Factory H_Zoom Blur

Font_ Honest John's Shadow

Abbreviations:

EC = Eye Candy

GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow

C/P = Copy and Paste

FF = Flood Fill

ANL = Add New Layer

AS = Animation Shop

Open blank 600x250 canvas

ANL

Make a gradient using #a32c2b and #e1cbd2

Angle_45_Repeat 1

FF layer with gradient

Effects_Texture Effects_Blinds_5_24_#ab2c2c_Both boxes checked

C/P middle close up tube

Duplicate twice and place shown:

Merge 3 tube layers together

Toadies_Plain Mosaic Blur_Default

Magic Wand_click on one of the black lines

Delete

Select None

Add noise_40

Duplicate

On original_FFH_Zoom Blur_74_9

Sharpen More

C/P close up

Move just above the Toadies mosaic layer

Opacity_40

C/P tube placing as shown
