This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6.

Open blank 600x250 canvas

FF Black

Open tube

Freehand Selection Tool_Select the top Rose spray

 

Copy

Highlight blank canvas

Paste As New Layer

Move to the right side of canvas

Adjust_Blur_Motion Blur_255_100

Repeat blur 4 more times

Effects_Image Effects_Seamless Tiling_Corner_Bidirectional_10_0_50_Linear

Duplicate

Image-Flip

Merge blur layers together

Effects_Edge Effects_Enhance

Repeat enhance

Back to tube

Delete the top Rose spray you have selected

Select none

C/P tube

Place to the left side of tag

Duplicate

Highlight original tube layer

Adjust_Blur_Motion Blur_227_100

Adjust_Add Noise_Gaussian 40

Highlight tube copy

C/P word art

Change color to #c0c0c0
