This tutorial was written by me on January 30, 2017 using my own ideas.

Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental.

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6.

2 Grunge Brushes of choice

Xero_Artgrain

 

Fonts:

Krizia Uomo

 

Abbreviations:

DS_Drop Shadow

ANL_Add New Layer

EC_Eye Candy

GG_Gradient Glow

AS_Animation Shop

C/P_Copy and Paste

FF_Flood Fill

 

When working with templates, always Shift+D to duplicate, close original,

then on each layer, select with magic wand (or Select All, Float, De-float), ANL,

close/delete the original, do steps required in tutorial, select none

 

ANL to bottom

Play with the wave settings until you find something you like

If you are going to animate your tag, skip steps ** to **

**Scroll thru the frames until you see one you like

Copy

PSP

Paste As new Image

Copy

Paste As New Layer onto your tag canvas

Line it up with the original circle layer**

If not animating, save!!

 

ANIMATING

 

AS

Delete the first frame of the animation (it will  be blank)

Select All

PSP

Close name, tube, sm white circle, green circle

Copy Merged

AS
Paste As New Animation

Duplicate until you have the same number of frames as the underwater animation we made earlier

Select All

Highlight animation_Copy

Right Click tag

Paste Into Selected Frame

Line the edges of the animation with the circle layer

Click when ready

PSP

Close all remaining layers and open the closed layers

Copy Merged

Paste As New Animation
Copy

Right Click tag

Paste Into Selected Frame

Position and click

If happy, Save!!
