This tutorial was written by me on January 08, 2017 using my own ideas.

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6.

"Cotton" tube by Ben Krefta - free tube/license currently available at ADI

"P.S. I Love You" FTU scrap kit by HorsePlay's Pasture Designs

Abbreviations:

DS_Drop Shadow

ANL_Add New Layer

EC_Eye Candy

GG_Gradient Glow

AS_Animation Shop

C/P_Copy and Paste

FF_Flood Fill

 

 

Open blank 600x600 canvas

C/P el28

Pen tool_1_Foreground any color_Background Null

Draw a line from left top flower to the right top flower making sure both ends overlap the flowers

Move below el28

Merge el28 and the line together

This will make the outline complete so the next step will work.

Magic Wand_Select outside the el28

Expand by 2

Invert

ANL below el28

C/P paper 17 into selection

Add Noise_Random 10

Contract by 30

ANL
C/P paper 11 into selection

Modify_Feather 25

Invert

Hit delete a few times to soften the edges

Select none

Blend Mode_Soft Light

Duplicate el28

Re-size 80 (it should fit nicely around the edge of the paper11 layer)

Blend Mode_Multiply

Opacity_50

Highlight original el28 layer

Sharpen More

DS_0_0_100_10_Black

Duplicate paper17

Highlight bottom paper17 layer

Adjust_Blur_Gaussian 20

Add Noise_Gaussian 20

C/P el52 making it the top layer

DS_0_0_50_5_Black

C/P tube so it covers the line you made between the flowers

DS_0_0_75_25_Black

Highlight top el28 layer

Sharpen More

Add all correct copyright/license information
