This tutorial was written by me on December 31, 2016 using my own ideas.

Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental.

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6.

"Winter Dance" PTU scrap kit by FwTags Creations - kit is currently available at ADI

ANL_Add New Layer

C/P_Copy and Paste

Open blank 600x250 canvas

ANL
Select All

C/P paper 5 into selection

Select none

C/P element 50

Blend Mode_Luminance (L)

Opacity 50

C/P element 75

Blend Mode_Luminance (L)

Opacity 50

Duplicate 3 times (4 layers)

DSB Flux_Bright Noise_50

Repeat on each of the remaining 3 layers, clicking "MIX" each time

Close off the bottom 3 layers for now
