Open blank 600x250 canvas

C/P Flag image into selection

Select none

Blend Mode_Dark Light

C/P tube

C/P fireworks that came with tube

Duplicate 3 times (4 layers)

1^st duplicate_DSB Flux_Bright Noise_100

2^nd Duplicate_ DSB Flux_Bright Noise_Mix

3^rd Duplicate_ DSB Flux_Bright Noise_Mix

Hide top 2 duplicates for now

Select all_Contract_1_Delete_Select none

Repeat DS

Add all correct copyright/license information

Close 1st Flux Noise layer and open the next one up

AS_Paste after frame

Repeat for 3^rd Flux Noise layer
