Janvic’s Majik

This tutorial was written by me on August 03, 2012, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX.

Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Grungy Brush

Font – Cruickshank

Abbreviations:

EC = Eye Candy

GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow

Open template – duplicate and close original

Add new layer to bottom

Add brush of choice_#3a163e

Using magic wand, select the following layers, smooth_10, add new layer, C/P the paper indicated into each:

Raster 8 _ paper 17

Raster 7_paper 9

Raster 5_paper8

Raster 1_paper 21

Raster 2_paper12

Raster 4_paper 8

Raster 9_paper 9

Raster 9 Copy_paper 10

Raster 9 Copy2_paper 21

Select the following layers, add new layer, smooth_10, FF with color, then add noise_50:

Raster 6_#7eefd

Raster 3_#d62bfc

Raster 3 Copy_#a33aa0

Raster 10, 11, and 12_just add noise_100

Apply EC 4000_GG_3_25_100_color as shown to each of the following layers:

Raster 8_#7feefd

Raster 1_#14ef0a

C/P tube

DS_0_0_100_10_Black

Select bottom of tube_Feather_34_delete

Place below stars

Add any elements you like from the kit, re-sizing…

I used:

Dangle 2

Flower 1

Flower 2

Flower 3

Glitter Blot 1

Kitty

Scatter 1 – rotate 90 to right

Star Scatter

Add all correct copyright/license information

Add name_Cruickshank_72_Black

Repeat GG_#a33aa0

Sharpen

DS all layers same as tube

Save and enjoy!
