This tutorial was written by me on December 16, 2016 using my own ideas.

This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6.

"Traditions" PTU Scrap Kit by FwTags Creations - currently available at ADI

Sparkle tube of choice

 

Filters:

Super Blade Pro_M_Coconut Ice

 

Fonts:

Flick Bold Hollow

 

Abbreviations:

DS_Drop Shadow

ANL_Add New Layer

EC_Eye Candy

GG_Gradient Glow

AS_Animation Shop

C/P_Copy and Paste

FF_Flood Fill

 

Open blank 600x600 canvas

C/P element (79)

Select All_Float_De-Float_Invert

C/P element (10)

Hit Delete

Select none

Erase any parts of element 10 that are showing on ribbon of wreath

Duplicate

Merge element 10 layers together

C/P element (46)

Re-size 50% 3 times

Duplicate and place randomly around wreath

Merge all element 46 layers together

Add new layer

Picture Tube Tool_Sparkle

Click on random element 46 lights

Add a new layer

Click on remaining element 46 lights

Close top sparkle layer for now
