Move below red flower

 

Highlight red flower

EC 5_Impact_Glass_Clear/No Drop Shadow setting

Merge with gold outline**

 

Repeat from ** to ** with Pre-Set Shape_Flower2 filling in the center hole with red

 

Place flowers as shown
