This tutorial was written by me on April 08, 2016, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6

Open blank 600x250 canvas

 

C/P Miggs 22

Free Rotate_Right 90

Duplicate

Highlight bottom frame

Afjust_Blur_Gaussian 10

Add noise_Gaussian 50

 

Highlight frame duplicate

Magic Wand_Select inside each opening

 

Open CCC_paper 6_Mirro

C/P paper 6 ANL below frame duplicate

Resize 85% twice

Invert_Delete

Invert

Keep Selected

 

ANL 3 times

First Layer (Rain 1)_VDL Adrenaline_Snowflakes_36_0_12_100_0_Basic Snow_0

Adjust_Blur_Motion Blur_129_32

Second Layer (Rain 2)_Repeat Snowflakes clicking Random Seed once (100)

Repeat Blur

Third Layer (Rain 3)_Repeat Snowflakes clicking Random Seed once (200)

Repeat Blur

Hide layers 2 and 3 for now

(make sure all 3 "rain" layers, paper, and 2 cloud layers are between the 2 frame layers)

 

C/P DCD_Cloud02

Place top right as shown (part of it will be above top of frame)

Mirror Cloud02 and C/P again place top left as shown

Invert_Delete on each cloud layer

Select none

DS Clouds_2_5_30_5_Black

DS frame_0_0_50_10_Black

 

C/P the following elements, placing as shown:

Miggs 8

DCD_Happy Caterpillar

CCC_5

Miggs_7

Sharpen each element

DS each element_2_5_50_5_Black

 

Sharpen top frame layer

 

Text Tool_ PlumaPrimeyra_36_Black

type "April Showers" as shown

Convert to raster

 

Add all correct copyright license/information

Copy Merged

AS_Paste As New Animation
