Key To My Heart

 

This tutorial was written by me on March 11, 2016, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6.

 

Supplies:

"A Little White Magic" tube by JacquelineCollen-Tarrolly - tube/license available at ADI

"Blue Mood" PTU scrap kit by Daelmans Designs

Abbreviations:
EC = Eye Candy
GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow    

C/P = Copy and Paste

FF = Flood Fill

ANL = Add New Layer

AS = Animation Shop

 

 

Open blank 600x600 canvas

 

C/P Frame 01

Select inside the frame_Expand by 3

ANL below frame

C/P paper 09 into selection

C/P tube close up

Invert_Delete_Select none

Blend Mode of tube_Soft Light

 

C/P element 017_place to the left

Duplicate_Mirror

Merge down

Blend Mode_Luminance (L) Opacity_65

Move below tube close up layer

 

Text Tool_Penman Script_36_Black_type: "You hold the Key to my Heart"

Place in top right corner

Opacity 70

Using selection tool, select any part of the tube you want to be on top of all elements making sure to get the shadow in the selection (I selected the horses legs)

Promote Selection to Layer

Highlight original tube_Delete

Select none

Move promoted selection layer to top

 

C/P element 062 and move to bottom of pallette

Re-size so it fits nicely behind the frame as shown

 

Add all correct copyright/license information
