This tutorial was written by me on October 05,2015, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX6.

"Cakewalk Bride and Groom" tube by Ty Wilson - tube/license currently available at ADI

Filters:

Toadies_Weaver

Alien Skin Xenofex 2_Constellation

Fonts:

Will-Harris

Abbreviations:

EC = Eye Candy

GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow

C/P = Copy and Paste

FF = Flood Fill

ANL = Add New Layer

Open blank 600x250 canvas

FF Black

C/P tube

Toadies_Weaver_Default

Duplicate_Mirror_Flip_Move to the left and down slightly

Noise_25

Repeat on original weaver layer

Set original weaver layer blend mode to Soft Light

C/P tube placing to the left

DS_0_0_100_10_#fa931b

Duplicate tube 3 times (total of 4 tube layers)

Highlight 2nd tube layer

Alien Skin Xenofex 2_Constellation:

Repeat Constellation on the remaining 2 tube layers clicking "Random Seed" each time

Close bottom 2 tube layers

ANL to to[

FF Black

Select All_Contract 3_Delete_Select None

Repeat DS 3 times

Repeat DS changing color to Black

Add all correct copyright/license information

Repeat Black DS

ANIMATING

Copy Merged

AS_Paste As New Animation

Back to PSP

Close top Constellation layer

Open middle constellation layer

Copy Merged

AS_Paste After Current Frame

Repeat for last Constellation layer

Check animation

If happy, Save!!!
