This tutorial was written by me on August 08, 2012, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX.

Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Flaming Pear – Super Blade Pro
Font – Christophs Quill Swash ITC

EC = Eye Candy
GG = Gradient Glow
DS = Drop Shadow
C/P = Copy and Paste
FF = Flood Fill

Open template and re-size to 600x600
Using my tag as a guide, select each Paper Strip area, add new layer, C/P paper into selection
Paper Frame02 – FF Black – Noise 100_Weave_2_10_10_Whitw_White
Paper Frame01_red_Noise 100
Paper01_paper 8_Blinds_5_27_Black_Uncheck horizontal
Scalloped Circle_Black_noise 100_ EC 4000_GG_3_25_100_Red
Circle Frame_Noise 100
Ribbon_noise 50
Paper Frame03_Noise 100
Frame01_Noise 100
Circle_red_Blinds_5_27_Black_Uncheck horizontal _C/P tube as new layer – promote selection to layer – blend mode luminanceL
Branch_select all_float_de-float_add new layer_FF red
Repeat with medium flower
Repeat with Large Flower_noise 50
Repeat with small flower FF Black
Using your change target tool, change the color of the Huge Flower to red
C/P tube
Select white letters_float_Defloat_FF Red_Flaming Pear_Super Blade Pro_Clear Glass_Default
Select none
Add any elements from the kit you like
DS all layers that need it_0_0_100_10_Black
Add all correct copyright/license information
Add name_ Christophs Quill Swash ITC_150_Black
EC 4000_GG_3_25_100_White
Repeat DS
