This tutorial was written by me on May 09,2014, using my own ideas. Any resemblance to others is coincidental and accidental. This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of psp and is written in PSPX.

Abbreviations:

EC = Eye Candy

GG = Gradient Glow

DS = Drop Shadow

C/P = Copy and Paste

FF = Flood Fill

ANL = Add New Layer

AS = Animation Shop

Open blank 600x600 canvas

On duplicate_Select all_Float_De-float_Contract 8_Smooth 10 and 10_Delete_Select none

Repeat Chrome clicking on “Metal, Penny” in settings

Draw out a circle slightly larger than the frame

Center in canvas

Do Not Convert

Move this layer below the frame layers

Highlight top layer

Text tool_Segoe Print_20_#83652d

Hover mouse over vector circle until the A with a half circle under it appears

Click and type your saying

Adjust to your liking_Convert to raster

Delete the vector circle layer

C/P tube_re-size and place as shown
